The Dashboard section serves as the main window where you can view essential details to gain a comprehensive overview of your account as a service provider, whether you are an administrator, support member, or crew member. This centralized interface provides real-time insights and quick access to critical information across all areas of your business operations.

The Dashboard serves as the primary interface for account monitoring and management. It offers key functionalities such as viewing metrics, accessing schedules, managing communications, and tracking job progress, along with comprehensive filtering and navigation capabilities.

From this dashboard, you will be able to view essential information across multiple sections, including:

• General Overview: Displays critical business metrics including Total Jobs, Total Real Profit, Pending Invoices, and Total Potential Profit for comprehensive financial tracking and performance assessment.

• Scheduler: Shows scheduled jobs with flexible viewing options (Day, Week, List views) for optimal workflow management and planning visibility.

• Inbox: Presents the latest messages from client chats for streamlined communication monitoring and quick response capabilities.

• Upcoming Jobs: Lists jobs organized by Today or Upcoming categories, prioritizing essential job details for efficient task management.

• Open Estimates: The Open Estimates section displays pending estimates with crew assignments and status tracking.

• Open Invoices: The Open Invoices section shows outstanding invoices with crew assignments and status monitoring.

General Overview Section

The General Overview provides a comprehensive snapshot of your account's performance metrics. This section displays four key performance indicators that offer immediate insight into your business status and financial health.

• Navigate to the main Dashboard to view real-time metrics.

• Monitor Total Jobs, Total Real Profit, Pending Invoices, and Total Potential Profit.

• Use these metrics to assess overall business performance at a glance.

Scheduler Management

The Scheduler Travel section offers multiple viewing options to accommodate different planning preferences and workflow requirements.

• Day View: Provides detailed daily scheduling for focused task management.

• Week View: Offers broader weekly perspective for strategic planning.

• List View: Displays jobs in organized list format for comprehensive overview.

Click "View Scheduler" to access the dedicated Scheduler section for enhanced functionality and detailed scheduling management.

Inbox

The Inbox section centralizes client communication by displaying the most recent chat messages, enabling quick response and efficient customer service management.

• Review latest client messages directly from the Dashboard.

• Click "View All" to navigate to the complete Inbox section for full conversation history and advanced messaging features.

Upcoming Jobs Tracking

The Upcoming Jobs section prioritizes job information for effective workflow management, displaying jobs organized by immediate and future timeframes.

Each job entry includes comprehensive details for informed decision-making:

• Job Name: Clear identification of the specific task or project.

• Start and End Dates: Complete scheduling information for timeline management.

• Status: Current job progress and completion stage.

• ETA: Estimated time of arrival for accurate scheduling.

• Crew Rating: Performance indicator for the assigned crew member.

• Use the crew filter dropdown to view jobs assigned to specific crew members.

• Toggle between "Today" and "Upcoming" views to focus on immediate or future tasks.

Open Estimates Tracking

The Open Estimates section displays pending estimates with crew assignments and status tracking.

Each estimate entry shows the estimate name, assigned crew, and current status.

Open Invoices Tracking

Each invoice entry shows the invoice name, assigned crew, and invoice status.
