Overview
The Groups Management section allows administrators to efficiently organize products and services according to specific operational goals. This feature is ideal for creating bundles—such as product kits, sets, or service packages—by grouping items that are commonly used together. The Groups functionality streamlines operations, saves time, standardizes service delivery, and enhances both inventory and job management.
Groups Dashboard
This section centralizes all the tools necessary for efficient group management, enabling seamless organization and control of your grouped products and services. It provides essential tools for adding, editing, and deleting groups, as well as advanced search capabilities to quickly locate group records for streamlined administration.
Adding a New Group
To add a new group to your account press the blue button “+ New Group”, you will be presented with a form containing several fields. Required fields include: Group ID (must be unique), Group Name, Description, and a SKU dropdown to select all the products and services to be included in the group. After entering all the necessary information, click "Add Group" to create the new group record.
Editing Group Information
Using the edit interface, you can update any group’s information as needed. Simply click the "pencil icon" next to the group’s name, modify the desired fields, and use the dropdown or search bar to add new products and services to the group. Click "Apply Changes" to save your updates before leaving the window.
Delete Group
To permanently remove a group, click the "delete icon" next to the group’s name and confirm the deletion when prompted. The group will be immediately and permanently removed from your list. Please note that deleting a group does not remove the associated products or services, only the group reference.
Group Search
For efficient group management, use the search bar at the top of the Groups Dashboard. Enter any specific information related to the group—such as Group ID, name, or description—and matching results will appear in the group list.
This structured approach ensures smooth, organized management of groups, helping maintain accurate records and quick access to essential group information.
