Overview

This management section gives administrators streamlined tools to oversee manufacturers, with records clearly organized for quick access and effective administration. 

Manufacturer Dashboard

Easily oversee manufacturer records with comprehensive options for viewing, editing, adding, or deleting entries, supported by advanced search capabilities. 

 

 

 

From the dashboard, you will see key information for each manufacturer, including:

  • Company Name, Contact Name, Phone, Email, Address, and Actions (view, edit, delete).
  • Search bar to quickly locate manufacturers.

Adding a New Manufacturer

To add a new manufacturer, click the blue "Add Manufacturer" button. Complete required fields (Contact Person Name, Company Name, Email, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Website). Optional fields: Support Email and Support Phone. Then click "Add Manufacturer" to create the record. 

 

  • Click the blue "Add Manufacturer" button in the top right corner of the Manufacturer Dashboard.

  • Complete the required fields in the form, including: Contact Person Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Website.

  • Optional fields include Support Email Address and Support Phone Number.

     

     

  • After entering all necessary information, click "Add Manufacturer" to create the new record.

Editing Manufacturer Information

Using the edit interface, you can update any manufacturer’s information as needed. Simply click the "pencil icon" next to the manufacturer’s name, modify the desired fields, and click "Apply Changes" to save your updates.

 

Viewing Manufacturer Information

Access detailed information about a manufacturer by clicking the "eye icon" next to their name. This opens a window displaying all manufacturer details. From there, you can also choose to edit or delete the manufacturer if necessary.
 

  • Edit Info:

    By clicking on "Edit Info”, you will open the edit manufacturer window, where all available options for editing are displayed. Ensure you click "Apply Changes" before leaving the window to save your updates.


 

  • Delete: By clicking the delete option, you will be prompted to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, the manufacturer will be immediately deleted. This action is permanent, so make sure you no longer need the entry before proceeding.

 

Deleting a Manufacturer

To remove a manufacturer, click the delete icon and confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. 

  • Click the "delete icon" next to the manufacturer’s name.

  • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

  • The manufacturer will be immediately and permanently removed from your list. Ensure you no longer need the manufacturer before confirming this action.

For efficient manufacturer management, use the search bar at the top of the Manufacturer Dashboard. Enter any specific information related to the manufacturer, such as company name or contact details, and matching results will appear in the list

 

 

This structured approach ensures smooth and organized management of manufacturers, maintaining accurate records and quick access to essential information.
