Time and Labor Report
Overview
The Timesheet Report section offers comprehensive tools to view, analyze, and manage workforce time-tracking data. This module supports supervisors and managers in reviewing employees’ clock-in/out times, total hours worked, job details, and breaks—all critical for payroll, productivity analysis, and operational oversight.
Users can filter and search across a variety of criteria, examine detailed daily records, explore graphical trends, and export filtered data for reporting or archival.
1. Timesheet Report Dashboard
The Timesheet Report dashboard consists of two main parts: the Filter Bar for precise data selection and the Data View Table for detailed records, accompanied by a Visualization section for trend analysis.
1.1 Filter Bar
At the top of the dashboard is the Filter Bar enabling focused searches:
Search Bar: Quickly find employees or relevant records by typing names or keywords.

Jobs Dropdown: Select from a list of job types, including: (examples: Cleaning & Disinfection, Post-Remodel Cleanup, Window Washing, Bathroom Deep Clean, Inventory Cleaning, Glass Care, Warehouse Cleaning).
Users Dropdown: Filter by employee name to review individual work logs, ideal for supervisors overseeing multiple workers.
1.2 Data View Table
After applying filters, the table updates to display the matching time entries with these columns:
Employee Name

Job Details
Break Time
This detailed view supports thorough auditing and operational analysis on a per-employee and per-day basis
1.3 Visualization
The Visualization area provides charts summarizing technician performance and timesheet data:
Technician Performance: Displays monthly performance metrics for each technician, highlighting total hours and activity levels.
Monthly Overview: Shows an aggregate timesheet summary for the selected period, useful for spotting workload trends and resource allocation over months.
1.4 Export PDF
To save or share your filtered report data:
After setting desired filters and verifying the data view, click the Export PDF button located at the top right of the dashboard.
The system generates a PDF containing:
All filtered timesheet records as displayed in the table.
Visual chart summaries as shown in the Visualization section.
Save the PDF to your device for easy distribution, printing, or archiving.
